Can my order be delivered express
Postage options are determined by your location. Please refer to the appropriate section below.
Yes. We use the Express shipping method provided by Australia Post to offer this service to you. In the case of an express order being received, we will also prioritize the handling time to make sure it is out the door as soon as possible after payment has cleared in our account.
Please be aware that if you choose to pay using Internet bank transfer into our bank account, this will delay express shipping because that payment method can take up to 3 days to clear in our account. Paypal or Credit Card payments are preferred, because they will clear instantly.
International orders (we ship internationally to New Zealand only) can be sent via the Australia Post Express service.
How much is domestic shipping within Australia
Shipping is charged using a flat date of $12.95 for regular shipping, and $16.95 for express shipping regardless of the weight of your order.
What is the standard handling time
We will make every effort to get your order out to you as soon as we can. If possible we will do our best to get your order shipped the same day it was placed, or the next business day. Due to circumstances beyond our control there may sometimes be additional delays handling your order before it is shipped, however this should be considered the exception not the norm.
Express orders will always be picked and packed before standard orders, so that they can be dispatched fastest.
How will my order be packaged
We pack all orders carefully with bubble wrap and/or tissue paper where required. The majority of our orders are shipped in firm cardboard boxes, where we consider this is required to ensure your order arrives safely and intact, without any damage.
How do I claim my free shipping offer if I spend more than $100
Simply add items to your shopping cart, and if the value of the cart at time of checkout equals or exceeds $100 your default shipping option will be “Free Regular Shipping”. There are no catches. You don’t have to enter any codes or coupons. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order once you have made the required minimum purchase.
At our checkout page, if you select “Free Regular Shipping” you will not be charged for shipping, and your items will be posted using Australia Post Regular Postage service.
As some of you would prefer to have your item sent using Australia Post Express Post, we have added the option to pay a small additional fee to have your free postage service upgraded from Regular to Express. Since the Express Post charges rise quite steeply with an increase in weight or cubic volume, we have based our charges to upgrade to Express Post as follows:

We highly recommend utilizing the Express Post service to get the best experience shopping with us, especially due to the additional burden that the COVID-19 pandemic is placing on the postal system at this time.
The free shipping offer is only available to customers with a shipping address within Australia.
Do you post outside of Australia
Yes, although international shipping is limited to customers in New Zealand only.
Please be aware that some of our items cannot be shipped internationally due to them being classed as either restricted exports or hazardous goods.
How much does it cost for International shipping
We charge the exact amount that we are charged by Australia post, with a small added margin of A$3.00 to account for the cost of packaging materials. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your cart, including packaging materials.
International orders to New Zealand do not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order value.
**For all orders shipped to New Zealand, the purchaser will be responsible for all import duties, fees and taxes.**
Will I be informed that my delivery is on its way
Yes. We will update your order with a note of the tracking number of the parcel, and the postage service we have used. We will send you this notification on the same day your parcel is dispatched to the post office for delivery.
How is COVID-19 affecting delivery times
As you are no doubt aware, the COVID-19 pandemic has created a much higher demand for online services, since many brick and morter stores are running at limited capacity due to social distancing requirements. In addition, Australia Post also have social distancing requirements in force at their distribution centers and post offices, and with the unusually large amount of mail they are now delivering there are times when they are struggling to cope. This is causing deliveries to be delayed, and will likely impact your delivery time and experience.
Please understand that this is outside of our control, and we will still make the best effort to get your parcel dispatched as soon as we can.
