Faulty or defective items
If you receive an item from us that is faulty or defective, we will replace it or issue you a refund.
Refunds will be issued to the same value that you originally paid for the item, and provided to you in the same form as your original payment (for example, if you paid for the item using Paypal you will recieve your refund via PayPal).
Change of mind policy
Unfortunately Crafted with Love and Roses are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note to you in the case that you simply change your mind, or that you no longer require the item you originally purchased.
